Maureen Sharp is the Branch Manager - Calgary & Area for Shelter Canadian Properties Limited.
Maureen supervises a team of property managers and administrative staff in the operation of the Shelter-managed residential rental properties in Calgary, Peace River and Edson, Alberta. Maureen is responsible for all aspects of the operation of the properties in the portfolio, including maintenance, staffing, marketing, leasing and budgeting.
Maureen is also the Broker for the property management activities of Shelter Canadian in Alberta.
