Property Manager - Fort McMurray - #20065
A Property Manager is required for a portfolio of approximately 900 apartment and townhouse properties in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the on-site management, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, staffing and tenant relations.
Requires minimum two years proven experience in property management and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
