Analyst - Investor Reporting
Responsible for the preparation of detailed reports to the owners of syndicated properties on financial, operational, income tax, mortgage refinancing, divestiture and other matters. Also responsible for the preparation of operating budgets and cash flow projections, analysis of financial statements and other financial information. Requires excellent communication skills, good working knowledge of Word and Excel and of accounting, budgeting and financial reporting concepts.
