Supervision of all in-unit upgrades
which are required within the parameters of the condominium
conversion process
Analysis of marketing data, subsequent
development of initial price levels, marketing materials
and advertising programs and the administration of all
marketing functions
Coordination of the turnover of condominium
units from the tenants to the new owners and the provision
of all aspects of transitional management services.
