Bill Watson was appointed to the position of Supervisor - Budgeting for Shelter Canadian Properties Limited in 2015.
In his position, Bill is involved in all aspects of budgeting for the condominium and commercial properties and for the non-REIT multi-unit residential rental properties. Bill is also involved in staff training and development.
Bill joined Shelter Canadian in 1992 as an Analyst in the then existing Financial Reporting & Budgeting Department. In 1998, Bill was appointed to the position of Senior Analyst in the Financing & Budgeting Department.
Bill obtained his CGA designation in 2014.
