Cathy Goodman-White is the Senior Manager – Special Projects for Shelter Canadian Properties Limited. As the Senior Manager – Special Projects, Cathy is responsible for the placement and administration of insurance for the portfolio of managed properties, the preparation of management proposals and management agreements and the administration of property tax appeals and property appraisals. Cathy is also responsible for facilitating the acquisition and disposition of multi-resident, commercial and hotel properties.
Cathy joined Shelter in 1991 and held a variety of positions with Shelter Canadian and its predecessor company, Shelter Corporation of Canada Limited, including Senior Analyst – Investor Reporting and Assistant to the Senior Manager – Investor Reporting. In 1996, Cathy assumed the responsibilities of Assistant Manager – Special Projects and in 2001, was promoted to Manager – Special Projects.
In 1991, Cathy graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree.
