Scott Clarke joined Shelter Canadian Properties Limited in 2005 as Senior Analyst - Financial Reporting. Scott has held the positions of Supervisor - Financial Reporting, Associate Manager - Financial Reporting, and in 2019 was appointed to the position of Manager - Financial Reporting.
In his position, Scott is involved in all aspects of financial and tax reporting for Lanesborough Real Estate Investment Trust and the non-REIT multi-unit residential rental, condominium and commercial properties. Scott is also involved in staff training and development.
Prior to joining Shelter, Scott was Senior - Assurance & Advisory Services with PKBW Group Chartered Accountants and The Exchange Group Chartered Accountants.
Scott received his CGA designation in 2010 and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba.
