Shelter Canadian has an opening for an enthusiastic and career-oriented individual to assume an Administrative Assistant position in the Commercial Properties Department in our Winnipeg Head Office.
The Administrative Assistant will prepare and update schedules of lease information, prepare invoices for processing and assist with lease administration, tenant account reconciliations and the preparation of property management reports. The Administrative Assistant is also required to liaise with the commercial tenants.
The successful applicant will hold a certficate in Office Administration and will have one or more years of experience in an administrative position.
