We are seeking accountants with bookkeeping experience for our Winnipeg Head Office.
Project Accountants are responsible for performing a broad range of accounting functions for a portfolio of residential apartments, condominiums and commercial properties. Duties include cash management, reconciliation of bank accounts and rent receivable accounts, management of accounts payable, preparation of journal entries and variance analysis to compare actual results with operating budgets.
Requires a solid understanding of accounting concepts, bookkeeping experience, a working knowledge of Excel and good communication skills.
