Jim Bos is the Senior Regional Manager, Eastern Canada & USA. Jim joined Shelter in 1985 as the Regional Manager, Eastern Ontario Region. In 2002, Jim was promoted to Senior Regional Manager, Eastern Canada & USA. As the Senior Regional Manager, Jim directs the management of approximately 3,500 multi-family rental units, representing 23 complexes, comprised of high-rise and low-rise multi-family rental and condominium properties located in Ottawa, Belleville, Windsor and Toronto and area, Ontario, Canada and Estero, Florida, U.S.A. Jim is also responsible for overseeing the management of the commercial properties portfolio in Ontario, representing approximately 175,000 square feet.
Prior to joining Shelter, Jim held the position of Property Manager for Del Property Management and Lehndorf Property Management Limited.
Jim received his CPM designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada in 1990 and his A.C.C.I. designation from the Canadian Condominium Institute in 1986.
