We are seeking a Branch Manager for the Wood Buffalo Branch Office, located in Fort McMurray, Alberta. The Branch Manager will supervise a team of property managers, administrative and maintenance staff in the operation of a portfolio of residential rental properties. The Branch Manager will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the operation of the properties in the portfolio, including maintenance, staffing, marketing, leasing and budgeting.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified broker in the Province of Alberta and a designated property manager (CPM, RPA), or will be working toward a designation, with proven management capabilities and the skill to communicate effectively with tenants, suppliers and staff.
