We are seeking qualified maintenance staff to join our building management team in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Maintenance staff are responsible to maintain the external and internal areas of the apartment buildings, facilities and equipmen and are responsible to respond to resident maintenance requests. The successful candidate will be able to perform minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical work, and will be able to communicate effectively with trades and residents. Preference will be given to candidates who are willing to live on-site.
